NL (English in Caption): De legende van koning Arthur verteld jou iets belangrijks!

Volgens de versie van Thomas Malory(1485) was Arthur een koningszoon, echter na zijn vader werd gedood, werd de jonge Arthur in veiligheid gebracht door de tovenaar Merlijn. Hij werd ondergebracht bij een lokale edelman.

Na jaren in dienst te zijn geweest als schildknaap voor zijn edele stiefbroer, trekt Arthur (per ongeluk) het zwaard uit de steen en werd hij de nieuwe koning. Een taak die als pad als klein jonge al was bepaald, maar was vergeten door omstandigheden.

Wat ik hiermee wil zeggen is dat zingeving, en passie al vroeg ontstaat. Onbewust zijn er aspecten vanuit je jeugd die je al vertellen waar jou leermomenten, uitdagingen maar ook passies en wensen zich bevinden. Ze vormen een rode draad!

Net als Arthur -die inmiddels nooit meer had verwacht om een koning te worden- kan jij jou onbewuste wensen gaan leven!
En het zwaard -het symbool voor kracht en eigen regie op het leven- terug pakken! Heb jij het zwaard al uit de steen getrokken?

NL (English below): We blijven maar zoeken naar doelmatigheid, het liefst nog met zo weinig mogelijk inzet en inspanning, om zo onze wensen en verlangens realiseren.

En uiteraard ook als ik dit koppel aan de psychologie zit hier een waarheid in, maar wanneer we spreken van externe doelmatigheid (i.p.v. interne) is dit volledig anders.
Anders gezegd: zodra we de wegen naar ons doel buiten onszelf gaan zoeken, leven we in een illusie. In een matrix die je vastgrijpt en die buiten jou ware 'zelf' staat.

Het is de illusie van het leven, die maar extern antwoordt, reden en oplossing blijft zoeken om -maar buiten wat er in zichzelf afspeelt- te komen tot zijn of haar doel.

Ik zie dit veel om mij heen, en al zou ik het liever niet willen toegeven, heb ik mij hier vroeger ook machtig aan gemaakt. Zowel cliënten als vrienden die maar wegen blijven zoeken, zonder eerst te kijken naar hun innerlijke wegen, uit angst en gevoel van tijdsgebrek.
In een groter perspectief heeft dit zijn uitwerking in onze gehele huidige maatschappij.

Maar onthou: Jij bepaald... Jij creëert en jij bent de schepper van het Nu en dus kan jij alleen van binnenuit je doel bereiken! Dit staat altijd aan de basis bij aanbod binnen Psych&.

English: We keep looking for efficiency, preferably with as little effort and effort as possible, in order to realize our wishes and desires.

And of course when I link this to psychology there is some truth in this, but when we speak of external efficiency (instead of internal) it is completely different.
In other words, as soon as we start looking for the paths to our goal outside ourselves, we are living in an illusion. In a matrix that grips you and is outside of your true “self.

It is the illusion of life, which continues to seek but external answers, reason and solution to -but outside of what is going on within- reach his or her goal.

I see this a lot around me, and though I'd rather not admit it, I used to power through this as well. Both clients and friends who just keep finding paths, without looking at their inner paths first, out of fear and a sense of lack of time.
In a larger perspective, this has its effect in our entire society today.

But remember: You determine.... You create and you are the creator of the Now and so you can only reach your goal from within! This is always at the root of offerings within Psych&.

Nietzsche spoke this phrase “An external efficacy is an illusion” in response to Kant's work concerns his work and ideas on teleology.
*(Teleology = the search for the purpose/reasons behind things).

But too often we still get stuck in that dark forest.
It's scary there...
Kill and cold
But we know the forest.
It's familiar.
So we don't take the steps fully.

Once in a while we are almost there.
The open field is then already insight!
But still the last small step remains out!
And we return to the old familiar forest.

It takes perseverance and courage.
If you are really ready and become aware of the unconscious factors that keep you from standing in that beautiful field with the most beautiful and colorful flowers!
