De meeste van ons zullen dit perspectief niet willen horen. Maar in deze maand van de filosofie wel belangrijk om te delen.

Steeds minder denken we nog bewust na! Dat waar we voorheen nog bewust over nadachten, wordt nu volledig automatisch gedaan of er word (onbewust) gevolgd wat andere zeggen. We nemen waarheid aan door autoriteit, door naasten, door nieuws, het internet of AI. Maar vergeten steeds vaker om zelf na te denken. Verbindingen in onze hersenen worden daardoor verzwakt en nieuwe verbindingen worden niet meer aangelegd. Zo zonden want we worden die kant op geduwd met zijn alle, door alle nieuwigheden in de wereld.

Dus nu de lente is begonnen, laten we beginnen met eigen conclusies trekken, zelf nadenken… filosoferen over vragen die er spelen. Tijdens Psych& One one One help ik je erbij, alsook tijdens The FairyTale trail!

English: Automated & unconscious!

Most of us may not want to hear this perspective. But in this month of philosophy it is important to share.

Nowadays we think less and less consciously! What we used to think about consciously is now done completely automatically or we follow what others say. We assume truth by authority, by loved ones, by news, the Internet or AI. But increasingly forget to think for ourselves. Therefore, connections in our brains are weakened and new connections are no longer made. So unfortunate because we are being pushed in that direction by all, by all the novelties in the world.

So now that spring has begun, let’s start drawing our own conclusions, thinking for ourselves ... philosophizing about questions at hand. During Psych& One One One I’ll help you with that, as well as during The FairyTale trail!

NL (English below): We blijven maar zoeken naar doelmatigheid, het liefst nog met zo weinig mogelijk inzet en inspanning, om zo onze wensen en verlangens realiseren.

En uiteraard ook als ik dit koppel aan de psychologie zit hier een waarheid in, maar wanneer we spreken van externe doelmatigheid (i.p.v. interne) is dit volledig anders.
Anders gezegd: zodra we de wegen naar ons doel buiten onszelf gaan zoeken, leven we in een illusie. In een matrix die je vastgrijpt en die buiten jou ware 'zelf' staat.

Het is de illusie van het leven, die maar extern antwoordt, reden en oplossing blijft zoeken om -maar buiten wat er in zichzelf afspeelt- te komen tot zijn of haar doel.

Ik zie dit veel om mij heen, en al zou ik het liever niet willen toegeven, heb ik mij hier vroeger ook machtig aan gemaakt. Zowel cliënten als vrienden die maar wegen blijven zoeken, zonder eerst te kijken naar hun innerlijke wegen, uit angst en gevoel van tijdsgebrek.
In een groter perspectief heeft dit zijn uitwerking in onze gehele huidige maatschappij.

Maar onthou: Jij bepaald... Jij creëert en jij bent de schepper van het Nu en dus kan jij alleen van binnenuit je doel bereiken! Dit staat altijd aan de basis bij aanbod binnen Psych&.

English: We keep looking for efficiency, preferably with as little effort and effort as possible, in order to realize our wishes and desires.

And of course when I link this to psychology there is some truth in this, but when we speak of external efficiency (instead of internal) it is completely different.
In other words, as soon as we start looking for the paths to our goal outside ourselves, we are living in an illusion. In a matrix that grips you and is outside of your true “self.

It is the illusion of life, which continues to seek but external answers, reason and solution to -but outside of what is going on within- reach his or her goal.

I see this a lot around me, and though I'd rather not admit it, I used to power through this as well. Both clients and friends who just keep finding paths, without looking at their inner paths first, out of fear and a sense of lack of time.
In a larger perspective, this has its effect in our entire society today.

But remember: You determine.... You create and you are the creator of the Now and so you can only reach your goal from within! This is always at the root of offerings within Psych&.

Nietzsche spoke this phrase “An external efficacy is an illusion” in response to Kant's work concerns his work and ideas on teleology.
